Refund Policy

All Sales are Final

By purchasing a ticket to The Valhalla Renaissance Faire you agree that all ticket sales are final and non-refundable for any reason, including (but not limited to):
 

• Change of plans

• Illness, weather, or travel disruption

• Failure to use the ticket on the scheduled day

• Loss or misplacement of the ticket / QR code

• Disappointment with weather, performers, attractions, or attendance

• Belief that the event was different from advertised

No exchanges will be issued for unused tickets.

Valid for Entry

Each ticket admits one (1) person for a single entry on the date selected at purchase. 

Lost or Stolen Tickets

The festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. Only the first ticket scanned will be valid for entry.

Weather Policy

The event takes place rain or shine. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.

Right of Refusal

Festival management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest without refund for disorderly conduct, unsafe behavior, or violation of festival rules.

Photography & Media

By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

Assumption of Risk

Attendance is at your own risk. The festival and its affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
