Lake Tahoe lies directly on the Nevada/California border, 200 miles northeast of San Francisco, 98 miles northeast of Sacramento, CA and 58 miles southwest of Reno, NV.
Camp Richardson Historic Resort & Marina is located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe on Highway 89 (Emerald Bay Road, open year-round to the Resort) at 1900 Jameson Beach Road.
From Sacramento, take Highway 50 to South Lake Tahoe. Go straight thru the in-town stoplight onto Highway 89 North (2.5 miles) toward Emerald Bay. You will see Camp Richardson Hotel and Resort signage on your right hand side.
From the Reno area, take Highway 395 south to Carson City. Exit the freeway at Fairviiew Drive west, turn left at the stoplight at South Carson Street (Hwy. 395), go south 2 miles and bear right (west) at Highway 50 toward Lake Tahoe. Continue on Highway 50 27 miles, all the way through South Lake Tahoe to the stoplight at the "Y", and go right onto Highway 89 North (2.5 miles) toward Emerald Bay. You will see Camp Richardson Hotel and Resort signage on your right hand side.
2019 PARKING INFORMATION:
This year you can choose one of the following parking locations.
HANDICAP PARKING - Parking across from the faire site - HANDICAP PARKING IS FREE WHILE SPACE REMAINS AVAILABLE
South Tahoe High School - Parking with express shuttles to faire
- 4 miles away (1735 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150)
Snow Park - Two Miles north from the site on 20 - FREE parking, shuttles will be running between the Pope Beach lot to Snow Park to the faire location.
Camp Richardson also has limited paid parking available (entrance is between the Camp Richardson General Store and the Lodge.)
Please note that there is no parking at the Y-Shops available this year.
